Day 2 of the Sarge Program:
I survived! And I am not so painfully sore! We did mostly lower body again today. There is one part of the workout that is especially funny. Calisthenics. While we are up against a wall and as we are pumping our calves within an inch of life, our Sarge jokes about how he does these exercises to look good in his 6 inch heals. I'm not sure that I would want 6 inch heals anymore, but I do want to look dang good in boots like these. By the end of the month, I think I will.
